From   the   beginning

Founded in 2018, Black Hills IT Services, LLC (BHITS) was formed with frustration with IT Managed Service Providers.  From this time BHITS has grown exponentially based on the need to improve customer experiences by providing IT Services for companies who need to focus on what they do best and not IT. Our frustrations found that companies had to find different service provider for every solution that fit their business and many of those providers did not take time to really understand the company’s business. We found that customers relied on the integrity of these businesses and had no way of knowing what these companies were doing to take advantage of them.

Dennis Seyersdahl - Owner

    On the surface, Dennis Seyersdahl is an accomplished IT Professional with over 20 years of experience in the IT Field. Dennis always ensures that customer service is at the front of mind for his company.  He's so efficient at his job that He considers himself a "Customer Service Professional." Dennis can take unhealthy IT experiences and transform them into healthy and thriving ones. Because of his skills, Dennis can produce productive and long-lasting results for high-level clients. 
He caters to small companies, non-profit organizations, and businesses. He works well with small businesses and can provide consultations to help secure their environments. 
More than his role as a IT Professional, He is also effective at helping with a piece of mind. His opinions are highly valued, people trust and respect his judgments. Dennis earned a degree in BS Business Administration with Emphasis in Information Systems back in 2011 and 2 master’s degrees in Executive MBA and MSM in Project Management. Through his course, He developed a passionate interest in serving small businesses. 
He focused on topics that would lead him to start his own business to support small business and help them achieve a level of support that is not often available to them. 
Here, He has also managed to start reselling Hardware and Software to support his customers.  This passion of supporting the end user is what drives him today. 
For his most recent four-year tenure as a IT Business owner, Dennis had successfully nourished his insatiable passion. He did this by finding the best way to support and provide options that would help small businesses succeed. 
He wants to engage more with small businesses to help them succeed. He's open to challenges, conversations, and an exchange of ideas from the top players in the IT industry.   His long-term goal is to become a national-level recognized company for supporting the small businesses. He wants to use his untiring commitment and drive to bring more dignity and autonomy to this community of business owners. 
Dennis had a lot of significant professional experiences as a IT Analyst, Administrator and Support Technician. He spent much time with larger companies supporting their IT environments and felt that he needed to support more people that really needed his help. 
Lastly, he wants to find more time to spend with his family but also to serve others.  He serves others through church service, teaching at colleges and other Training Institutions.  His passion really centers on Servicing people in what he does.
