We provide remote services as well as on-site services. We are always looking for new ways to support our customers without giving up our culture.
Our company is in need of a professional who has an invaluable understanding of Information systems and is willing to help out in a variety of capacities. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in the field, enjoy working with different types of people, and possess the ability to complete sales independently.
The successful candidate may be asked to complete various tasks ranging from installing new equipment and networking to troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

This is a 1099/independent contractor position. 100% commission-based position only. Commission continues as long as you are with the company. Commission structure will be tiered since this is commission only. Successful candidates may earn $60k-$100k+
Commission will look like:
Non-Contracted Companies Work brought in
25% for first 6 months of customers service work
15% for next 12 months of customers service work
10% for continued service work done for customers
Under Contract Companies Work brought in
30% for first 12 months of customers service work
20% for the next 18 months of customers service work
15% for continued service work done for customers

Responsibilities:
- Initially you only need to be able to find and set appointments with prospects. Later we will then help you with closings, until you gain more knowledge of our services
- Providing technical sales at the user’s location, over the telephone and Internet to users experiencing difficulty with system software
- Scheduling technical work and sales to be completed
- Working with Vendors to support services IT Infrastructure
- Knowledge of different types of Industries
- Understanding how to develop a sale around compliance requirements
- You will be required to sign a non-compete / non-disclosure agreement
Requirements:
- Must be able to work on a Microsoft Systems to include Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Associate degree or higher in IT Infrastructure related field and/or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding and experience in Business Operations & Technology
- Working knowledge of IT Systems, Networking Systems, Software and Cloud services
- Excellent consultative skills: the ability to listen to and identify needs, then provide solutions that capture the customer's business requirements based on their Industry
- Fast Learner, Time Management & Organization Skills
